If you plan to participate in athletics for any Division I or Division II college or university, you will need to register with the NCAA Clearinghouse to have your transcript approved.

When you go to this website, you may fill out the application online, and submit the registration fee by credit card, OR print the application, complete it, and mail it in. Be sure that you print out a copy and give it to Ms. Willard (our registrar) so that she may send your transcript in to the Clearinghouse.
If you have attended any other high schools, you MUST contact that school also so that they can send a transcript also.
